A quote line that does not match what one of our articles explains is the question this page is for. Copy the line into the form here exactly as the quote prints it, price included, and name the article you compared it with, so the question stands on its own.

If the quote comes from a med spa, a dermatologic surgery society's press release on adverse events from procedures performed by non-physicians takes up a question that sits apart from price but belongs in the same comparison.

For a dermal filler quote, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons' page on what a dermal filler consultation involves lays out a useful yardstick for the consultation that produced your figure. Whatever the treatment, a med spa quote can be read against the consumer alert the Department of State issued after investigating med spas.

For an injectable quote, the same society published a short injectables safety public service announcement.
